Javier Arellano, VP Operations, Western Thunderhorse Vaccum Truck Services
Javier graduated from
Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1978.
He joined Exxon the same year and held various engineering, supervisory,
and managerial assignments in areas such as production and reservoir engineering,
field operations, and high pressure completions. In 1992, he joined Manti
as an Operations Manager. His engineering responsibilities were workovers
and drilling operations as well as field production activities. In 2005,
he was assigned as President of Spirit Fluids and Spirit Minerals. In
2007, Javier evaluated acquisitions of oil field service companies as
well as other non-oil industry related entities. In 2008, he was assigned
as the Vice President of Western Thunderhorse Vacuum Truck Services, a
Manti company.
